Such wonderful Food and Service!Salads are fresh and delicious! My pasta was fantastic, the pizza was amazing, sandwiches were huge and service was great. Thanks for a wonderful meal out!

Friendly and efficient service, generous servings (chicken francese could feed 3!), fresh salad. Happy to find table service, they were well prepared to operate under social distancing and seemed to have smooth takeout business at the same time. Next time I would ask for the chicken francese without cheese - made it too heavy for me, but it was listed that way - my bad. Desserts looked amazing but I was too full to partake.

Apollo Flame Bistro came up when we were looking for a nice local restaurant to eat dinner. It’s Greek, yet has nice Italian touch to its menu. We ordered Mediterranean Pizza, which was fabulous and filling along with nice Greek Salad ordered separately. Service was good and wait time was less. Great place and I highly recommend if you’re spending time in Pisgah Forest, Brevard or Biltmore area and don’t want to go into Asheville downtown just for a good food.

Outstanding Gyros. Best we have had in the area. My wife also said the potato salad was very good. Also great friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Really great food. Friendly and efficient staff. This place is definitely doing it right. We got the spaghetti combination, pasta trio, broccoli & cheddar bites, and cheesey garlic bread. Everything was perfect and delicious. We will be back!

Great service and great food at a reasonable place.

Food was fresh, hot, and savory. We had Mediterranean Large Pizza and Salad. Our waiter was swift, modest, and welcoming! Fully representing the bistro name. Her name was Skylar look for her she is delightful and always wears a smile on her face.

Nice quaint atmosphere, extremely friendly staff. Scott our server was prompt knowledgeable and easy to relate to. We had the grape leaves for an appetizer, they were very good. I had the meatballs, my friend had the spaghetti and meat sauce. Both were very good but the spaghetti came along with meat balls which she didn't want,meat overload. I had a local craft beer she had a merlot. The only disappointment was the lack of a good wine selection, which Scott said was due to the holidays, we were there on the 1st. Fast service, good food ( not great ) family friendly. A solid 3 to 4 star.

The Apollo Flame Bistro is a favorite, and after opening since the Covid 19 ordeal, It continues to be consistent with their great portions and taste.

This place is GREAT! From their salads to their Subs and everything else between... This place is GREAT! All dishes are prepared to order and arrive hot and steaming just teasing you with smells of the flavors that you are about to enjoy. Service is attentive and on point to take care of your needs quickly. Management / ownership has shown a serious commitment to the safety of the staff & the customers by the social distancing guidelines in the dining area and then took it another step further... Yes, of course the servers etc. Wear masks, but at Apollo Flame the owner had custom personalized masks made for the staff! It's one of the very few places where you can go inside to eat and feel comfortable that everyone is serious about the Covid 19 protocols.

Wonderful Greek Salad, the dressing is delicious. The pasta dishes are fresh and flavorful. And the subs are all really good. Good atmosphere, and friendly service too.

Incredibly delicious spaghetti dishes.the spices are absolutely perfect.i can't speak for the wonderful looking subs,and mouth watering pizza that I see others enjoying, because in so stuck on the pasta.. homemade Salad dressings are perfect..the place is always packed,but I've never had to wait.. great food,and very reasonable prices!

Very good. Spaghetti is bland. The lasagna was good. Service was good considering the place was slammed. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our food came within 15 minutes. Great location. Desserts are amazing

Ordered a large veggie pizza for delivery through Take-Out Central(Thank you guys). The pizza was perfectly cooked. The veggies were so fresh!! This was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. LOVED IT!!

Tried the Greek sampler absolutely loved it. It comes with a Greek salad as well. It is a lot of food ended up taking half of it home. Service was fast and good.

Good food, pleasant setting, comfortable seating. We had a party of 5 and were seated quickly. Gyros were delicious! Priced fair. I think perhaps our server had too many tables and getting tea refills required some extra effort. Still very positive experience.

Hands down best pizza anywhere! I travel the country with my work and have had pizza from all over and I can’t recall any better. Also the owner was incredibly courteous and kind. The antipasto salad with ranch was superb as well.

Enjoyed the 8" steak sub with mushrooms and onions. It was smothered in cheese and served hot. The bread was wonderfully soft, not mushy or hard. I ordered the pasta salad for the side. Another person in the party ordered the potato salad. Both were good. The potato salad did not have a lot of pickle, which suited me fine. The portions were generous. Next time we will order one 12" sub and split it for lunch.We saw several other yummy looking plates delivered to other tables. Can't wait to go back and try them! The table next to us reported that the ham sub is her favorite. It sure looked scrumptious!

I have always loved their salads. The ranch is superb. When I order a salad as large as this I would like to have more ranch then just enough for two corners of the salad. I had to pay for extra ranch once you get to the bottom there is no more ranch with what they give you. $.50 for 4 ounces is crazy when they don’t give you enough for such a large salad.

Very nice atmosphere. Stopped for lunch on our way to the airport and back home. Tasty gyros and tasty pizzas. Friendly staff.

The portions are huge, and the food is pretty darn tasty! Very popular place in the area based on the amount of people that we saw going in and out while we were there. Plenty of choices that could please even the picky eaters of the group. Just don't expect to be too active after your meal; it's heavy.

Great casual dining. Reasonably priced comfort foods. Staff is friendly and helpful. We sampled the lamb gyro, tortellini marinara and the cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce. All were delicious and generously portioned. Tortellini came with a salad and bread. Be aware that menu prices are cash prices; there is a 3.95% convenience charge for credit cards. Still a good value.

Very quick service, food was out in no time. The greek salad was awesome. The pasta had way to much sauce and very little pasta.

Well set up for complying with the COVID rules. Food, as always, was delicious. We had the lasagna and Greek spaghetti. And, I'll have 2 more meals from that Greek spaghetti 😋

Everyone had on masks and Social Distancing was observed. Philly Cheese Steak and Chicken Gyro Platter were huge and delicious.

Classic Greek food and good service. If you need a spot to grab lunch on your break Apollo is a solid choice.

Good food. This place was recommended by someone we met at a gymnastics meet so we tried it. Pizza was good so we went a second time. Had a sub this time. Good and big. Now we have to go back and test the pasta.

Apollo Flame Bistro has absolutely delicious food! Authentic Greek cuisine. I should know since I married a good Greek boy! This place is a favorite!

I love the Grilled Chicken Greek Salad. And definitely save room for the Baklava for dessert.

We had a combo salad and a pizza. Both fabulous. The cheese is the pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Our server was very helpful, and the place stays very busy (great sign).

Really good food, wide selection to choose from. Waitresses were talented and most helpful, answering my questions, and telling us about the Big Fat Greek Platter, that is Not on the menu! Great cross of items on one plate with a Greek salad. Their homemade dressing is great, and available for sale as well. Fair prices and great quality! Ample room for the many patrons.

Just called in a order. The girl I talk to. Had very sharp tone to her voice. Was no need. May 27th around 5:30 !!!!!! Never had someone from that place talk like that before

Food was delicious my husband got a Philly cheese sub and it was huge it covered the plate. I had the trio pasta and that was amazing. Great sauce!

Our first time here. The food was delicious. The waitress was super nice. We tried a cheese pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and steak sub. Great dinner experience.

One of my favorite places to eat simply because of the Greek meatballs & house dressing for salads. If I had a Greek grandmother this is the kind of food I can imagine her cooking. It's comforting, not at all pretentious, and if I was guessing, I'd bet this place is family-owned & run. It has that kinda' vibe which is cool. Oh! And Baklava Cheesecake. They have this crazy hybrid dessert you shouldn't miss...or eat alone.

This is a favorite of ours when we are traveling. Never miss it! Pizza and tossed salad are supreme.
